Under the hood

This page is optional for a Carrier. It exists so the reason the rules hold is visible.

The Draw Fee lives in the Trade Floor's fee path. The Edge Schedule lives in storage set at construction. The Pass Count lives in a counter that only increases. Honed WHET is visible as an issue that only ever falls.

None of those fields expose a setter. The deployer is without power to shift a Carrier's balance, cannot pause the Trade Floor, and cannot reissue Honed WHET.
